投行獨白：內卷與迷茫

內卷。尼個系中國內地非常流行的詞語，而在不同領域其實已經存在很久的現象。可以用來形容各行個業裡面的非理性競爭。 眾所周知，投行內部有好多優秀人才，而要在人堆裏面爬出來，需要不斷的努力與運氣。除了本身就自帶資源的課金打怪既王者之外，話大唔大話細唔細既投行圈一早就步入內卷。 “我自己好似系度內卷緊，我只系一個齒輪,我好像沒有創造到D咩價值。” 尼種內心的獨白其實由正式入職開始就已經出現了。它源自於一種無力感。當你系大學既時候，卷實習、卷比賽、卷證書、卷GPA、卷卷卷卷到入投行既時候，發現你依然要卷。內心其實冇乜成就感，反而有既系無盡既空虛、夜裡工作的寂寞，不過我唔凍，我凍既話會著衫。 同時投行本身就系服務業，大把人想入投行，但職位空缺少，因為大部份人都唔想走，亦都唔知點走。出去第度你就可以確保搵到咁多？由Sell side跳去Buy side，的確可以換來Work Life Balance，但個D工作真系系度創造緊價值？我唔知咁樣既工作係咪真系我想要既。 尼個或許就是人類的迷茫與矛盾吧。唔諗啦，返去做野：回歸初心，好好工作。 故事人物純屬虛構，如有雷同，實屬巧合。
